Over the last two years I have been listening to a lot of different music - blues and slide guitar from really early Fleetwood Mac, the amazing Stevie Ray Vaughan and a whole host other bluesmen that have been recommended to me.

As far as modern bands go, I think Muse are probably one of the best bands ever - totally outrageous and forward thinking

So basically I have a lot of ideas floating around in my head, which are slowly coming together into instrumental tracks.

No real trend in the style of stuff that I am writing but hopefully some good tunes which should start appearing on this site later this summer! 

 Also at the moment I am doing some acoustic duo stuff with Claire Bush - we are currently putting together a set of unplugged classics and hope to do a few live shows later this year. I never realised just how hard it is to play acoustic songs and make them sound full and recognisable - my hat goes off to the artists that have this skill licked!!
